I had a mate ask me for a ride on the back of my viffer, I was like yeah but not with the bodywork ive got lol, he was quite gutted.

How about an RS250 rear end on it ben?

I think you should try the clip ons, and take a pic with them and without so we can see what they look like Wink

well i may have killed this project of lol , i was welding in top shock braces etc today and i have really wkkend the frame by doing this , the bad thing is i only brought the bike the other week lol and its fucked already !! , im toying with selling the engine ,loom and carb on ebay i saw a gs 125 engine sell for 53 pound on its own i reckon with look swich gears etc i can get a ton at least which would pay for something else to go in my empty rs frame lol , yep im starting to think about going down the rs route again i really want this bike finshed and too be honest 2t power tates good , other option is to fit the gs engine into the rs 5o frame and tune the hell outta it but it will have to wait till i get a reply form someone who has a engine im after if they sell it too me then its bye bye 4t engine and hello 2t engine

na mate too be honest i like to be doing stuff , as i said to dan on msn last night the thing being the gs would always be a comuter , where as the rs is a sports orianteaited chassis and has the potential sat there to whoop cbr,yzfr125s and even those bloddy 2ts heh , yep some how some way im going to show the world that 4t 125 power can beat 2t power i intend to psuh a lot of power out this engine im gonna go for a 150 top end (cause lets be fair i need to bridge the gap in all fairnes, followed by a stage 2 cam and port work by jordan , tis will then be teamed up with a free reving igtion system and at a later date the 6 speed box , mean while the engine will run jsut pipe and filter as i am unable to run a air box right now due to cleance although im gonna work on this in a bit and see what i can do.

i said this too dan and and ill say it to you lot i will get this bike to pull a gennuie 95-105 , i have a few more power options open to me , plus i forgot to add the high comp pistion to the list , other way to getting this speed will be thanks to the rs bubbley fairing and being a tall lad even i can get behind the screen (gs would pull a good 60-65 on the a3o stight no hilss and a bit of wind last and that was with a open pipe and no rejet ,

dont worry the rs project is here to stay as i have always wanted to build a bike form this combation of parts i wil also be running a oil cooler to help obviosley aid cooling , as well as putting bike ond iet , fibreglass race fairings will be used as bodywork

hopefully have won some stuff on the bay will update later !

get one bike built ffs. Even if its a 3year build it will be a one off and yours.

I have stripped the front of the fzr400,no lights, indys, clocks etc. Putting a motorcross numberboard on there, with high renthel bars. Step back, look at it and if doesnt look right might toy with a new rear end.

All about takein your time

well rember i said about the nes project well guess what its here muhaaaa ,

its basicly my old project form af1 forum although shes going on a diet , the single sider is being chucked in favour of a lighter option i want to keep this bike as light as possible, all i need to do is either get a new rear 3 spoke wheel or convert both to 5 spokes i like the 3 spokes and there a pair of the sp 125 verfsion rs wheels kicking around although to be fair right now the money could be spent else where on the bike, im waiting for the engine auction to end of my gs then i can pay for dt lump get that in weld mounts and swinger then get fucking building finnaly !!

so basic quick run down of the spec sheet will go

rs 50 frame (99 v reg )
rs 125 forks (took of 02 bike )
alloy swinger cant conform which one yet as i need to wait and be patiuent

dtr 125 engine
decent pipe and cjhamber yet to be confnmomed
fibregalss fairing panels and hopefully dan hams rear seat unit
hydrlic clutch conversion

pics to come soon although i may make a fresh thread
