Haha....

I won't go near a swimming pool if I see a kid around. You know they're fun but they've also got a jar full of piss to explode underwater. Being a backstroke breather, I swallow about 2 litres of water everytime I'm in the pool. I'd die of swim-flu rather than swine flu from the local swimming pool!

..yeah....some mothers do have 'em. In their prams - it's amazing what they use as a chat up line. Last time some pram pusher was deliberately holding everyone up on the single file lane out of the post office whilst checking her mobile phone. I brushed past her narrowly avoiding being clipped by her sprung pram bars and umbrella handle into my manhood. Then she tried this chat up line [put on sarcastic accent]: "Well, sorree would be nice......FUCKING IDIOT!!"

Lol. I'm impervious to those sort of chat up lines. Just sauntered on lol!

Lol. It wasn't a chat up line at all....

just being sarcastic about some of London's Londoners.... Smile

[mum talking to her baby]: "Oh now look! We've run into that really nice gentleman! I'm sorry sir - did I scuff your shoes?"

That's like spilling a drink over someone to entice them at the bar!

Best one:

"Oh sorry - I was trying to catch up with you. The back of your head looks like a friend of mine!"

Yeah - my girlfriend says that I'm a weirdo magnet Sad

As far as I know, the back of my head looks like everyone else's! I don't have a third eyeball sprouting from it!

I suppose people in the city are more likely to talk to others on the streets if they're desperate/new to the area/suicidal/clueless. I seem to pick up a combo of all four!

Ahhh - I can only imagine the peace that the rural countryside would bring. Apart from being cold and damp and very dark in winter.

Out shopping today and I bought a new floor standing lamp! The shop said they'd deliver it for me, so I didn't have to lug a 6ft lampstand and knock into everyone saying: "Sorry mate - I didn't see ya!" Laughing

Woo, I'm here. Well I have been busy, I could only get on forums in school, and for some reason certain sections of this forum are banned because it has the word 'chat' in them.

So I've been on the AF1 during school time, and at the weekends we have a computer kind of and I am allowed to go on it, but I don't appreciate someone looking over my shoulder at what I am browsing at, so I have been avoiding this forum. But now its getting quieter so I should be on mo often during the week when I am at home etc.

Will I ain't re-insuring my CBR lol. I will be riding the VFR on a few occasions, I have an advanced riding training day booked for the 21st, so I will be using it then and every now and then.

Woohoo!

So you have been 'studying' for your exams then, and not just messing around like a 16 year old punk? lol!

ACF50 Dan....how many times.....do I have to spell it Very Happy

It works great, and if you spray the rest of your bike with silicon spray, it'll keep the moisture out. I just took my battery out tonight and trickle charged it to top up the voltage. Looking good. Even rust can be removed by wiping on rust removal and inhibitor. Thing is, after using ACF50 and silicon, I'm sure I can't feel my brakes anymore. I tend to do the screws to make sure they don't rust. Had to start doing my second large motorcycle chain too.

What's not nice are the roads and drivers. The numptiness on the roads at this time of the year isn't promising. Still, it beats taking a taxi Smile

Not yet, they haven't even finished the course were meant to be doing and overloading us with homework to the maxxx.

Nope I haven't really lately, I ain't been out in ages, I keep delaying it week after week.

ACF 50 Smile I posted like a million questions about it in another thread to you Smile

I had a rear tyre fitted last week, damn I nearly crashed, my rear brake was like gone! It works now though :S

I agree, I have been getting these idiots pulling out on me left right and centre. I copied a technique used by you last Friday, stop at the lights, bike in neutral, lift up visor and give the look of death. All of a sudden they wave and flash Smile

Hmmm. New rear tyre - did you slowly run it in over the first 100 miles?

Is that safe to do in a small village where everyone knows you? Won't the driver just say: "Crikes! There's that guy who vanished with my daughter for 1 hour!"

Yeah I ran it in for a bit more than that, I have about 1cm chicken strip now, I'm not willing to push it anymore in this shitty weather, come the summer time though Smile I can't wait.

Haha, I don't think anyone would say anything, well they would to my mum. I tend to not speed around here though, I don't want my mum to find out Smile

The stare of death happened about 20 ish miles down the road, I was really angry I contemplated pulling over but then saw the lights and thought Woo I'll get them there. Haha nothing happened between us, her Dad is a copper Surprised she was upset so I took her from the party and we just sat and talked.

Awww. That sounds so sweet.

Don't you just love a girl in need with Dan who is a friend indeed!

Yeah - it's nice having healthy non-sexual relationships with girls. I always found girls more fun to hang around than guys. You know guys are all the same - they all talk big about their bikes blah blah blah lol!

Haha, it took me ages to convince everyone that nothing happened Very Happy I liked another girl at the time so I wasn't prepared to do that, just so I could of got what ever I could have got off her.

Yeah some girls are cooler to hang around with but it all depends on the type of girl they are really, I think so. Lol if my bike gets mentioned when I hang around with the girls then they all say, 'Aww Dan why didn't you get a car? You could take us out then Smile' I'm like your the reason I got a bike lol! Its just they never understand the feeling it give you will they.
