If you feel a bit down cause things seem to be a bit tought . Just remember you dont have to look very far to find someone going through a far worse time than you are . Life could always be worse so be thankful for all you do have .

Well winter is generally tough; more people die in winter than most other seasons ;(

But there are good things to look forward to. I guess Christmas is about birth and life too. Like living ours, instead of moping about the ones we lose. We can do that any other time of the year. Life can always be better if we're thankful for what we have - that's so true.

Morgan your 101% right, the amount of people dying here is mad. My mums friends mum died on monday. I was talking to a guy that does St John's Ambulance, there was a 16 year old lad walking through town, he slipped on some ice, his head hit the floor before anything else and it killed him Sad there was also another one where some guy was taken to hospital, he was transferred over from the ambulance, the nurse was signing the form and he just dropped dead behind her.

Its getting terrible.

You okay Will? Sounds like your family have a lot to go through.

Over 80's can be healthy. My grandmother was healthy when she was in her late 80's until she fell and broke her hip. Then it all went downhill and she died after that.

Ugg. I hate talking to medics. They only ever talk about blood and gore Sad
Sad to hear of that kid. His family must be devastated. The sheet ice everywhere is positively dangerous. I don't know why people don't just stay indoors.

The last time I slipped on ice 2 years ago, some kids just turned around; pointed and laughed at me. I guess they found it funny. Well it was I guess. I slipped and landed on my bum wondering where the ice came from and how come I landed on the road. That's how quick it was.
