basicly when you take the head and barrel off
the piston will be staring at you saying hey
holding the piston in is two small circlips either side of a pin (gudgeon pin)
and the gudgbin will be inside the small end bearing
buy removing one pin the gudgeon pin will simpily slide out the piston and ur piston will come free of the conrod if u havent got any mechanical knowledge i wouldnt attempt it unless you want to have no end of problems.

Basically, you need to undo 4 nuts from on top of the top end, once you take them out the top end will lift off.

you'll be left with the conrod sticking up, with the piston attached to the end.

To take it off, remove one of the circlips off the end of the gudgon pin. That will then slide out of the side, and the piston will lift off.

there will also be a small end bearing in there, if circled it on this pic so you can see, this is the veiw as if your looking down onto the conrod.
