Where have you been hiding?

UPDATES - I began spraying some spare door handles last weekend...they fucked up today :S So I got the thinners out, took them all back, 3 coats of primer filler, 2 coats of radiant red paint, a sand back with 1500 grit, the final coat of radiant red is drying right this very minute.

Also washed the car, dried it off mostly. Was going to take pics but it was dark. Get some tomorrow hopefully.

Hoping to attack the engine bay tomorrow. Hose + Industrial cleaner + paint brush FTW. Then I'll get my Autosol out.

Fill with water, put it how much it says or it will turn into a bomb and explode lol

Takes a few mints to heat up, then fire away and shazam!

Sugggarr. How come you've got the most cleaning toys I've ever seen in my life!

I'd never have come across something like this. At first I thought it was ironing trousers Smile

I've been really good with my Factory!!

Believe it or not - this was the effect of a single 150mile journey in January - the mud-shit-rain-layer came on me like a veil. Even my face was blackened with this mud Sad

Spent ages cleaning it after...

Wow, your factory is FIT, I never realised it had a gold frame and all that carbon! *drool*

Motorway journeys are the worst, my car looked a mess after just a drive to Manchester.

I bet you were wiping your visor every couple of minutes in that crappy weather.

Morgan, thats the first close up picture I've seen of your bike.

THATS F00KING GORGEOUS!

I would be proud to own such a bike. I didn't even know they came in that scheme, is it custom, that frame is a work of art!

The carbon fibre is fantastic: it cleans really quick! That's the main reason I got it. Most other guys get it because they don't want to lose a few stone Very Happy

Sigh. I uploaded the images in the reverse order Will Very Happy

Looks like I've got to do a lot of cleaning tomorrow lol.

That's it Dan - no matter how much I wiped my visor - it was just smearing that brown shit-rain all over. I had to lift up my visor to ride at 80mph - and the rain was stinging my eyes like crazy. When I arrived at a cafe, I had black rings all over my eyes; my filter mask shielded the rest of my face from the muck. The cafe waitress just laughed at me when I came in. Looked like I'd been punched by the rain and left with black eyes.

You sure Dan?

I uploaded some images of me racing at Brands Hatch last year on my Factory. This is completely stock: the Factory (black/gold) colour scheme was stopped last year when the RSV4 came out (completely different bike - too small for my taste; not comfy enough in the cockpit).

Will - the blue painted wheels aren't any lighter. The gold Oz wheels are the best. It really makes the Factory planted, especially over bumps. See the leather tank cover? That's brilliant for gripping the tank, so that you can ride hands free down the motorway Very Happy
