carbon fibre bits

I have an Aprilia RS50.... looking for carbon fibre parts e.g. levers, clock surround.... any one have any lying about that you want to sell?? Smile

You can get fake carbon levers, but they look wank imo. lol
Looks nothinkg like real carbon, more like plastic..

Iv been looking for adjustable levers, but i think il have to get some CNC machined out Sad
And for the surround, one for a 125 should fit, shouldnt it?(think theyre the same)

for adjustable levers try and get some Pazzo ones they look the dogs danglies and have 5 settings

Charlie have you tried Carbon mods
http://www.carbonmods.co.uk/
if you sent them a request they would probably make it for you, and they are very cheap aswell and their work is brilliant, we have a dash and aero screen made by them for our westfield, the whole lot came to about £200

im not too sure mate, they dont make them for the VFR 400 soo im told but I have them on mine, they are some sort of customised ones.

Best thing you could do is email them to see if they can be adapted for your RS.

Not too bad, i was suprised when i got them because all the ones ive seen have been a dull carbon effect, theres are nice and shiney

Not bad for £12 and cheeper than standard

turned into a shopaholic for new bits for my bike! got new levers as mine are a little scratched up, been looking for hours at clock surounds, tail tidys, number plate surrounds! need to stop spending! only keeping it a year cuz i need to commute every day about 70 miles so need something a bit more reliable than the rs!

no will be in october though... dont trust my bike enough so may just go by train untill i can afford the insurance on the cbr!

that wud be a serious amount of miles a day on a bike espically if u didnt trust it,

it has been running fine for a while now... but isnt really made for communting! ideally i need to pass my 'big bike test' so i can go on the motorway and get a ninja 250!

i do like them too but just cant justify spending big money on something that is a luxurey to me, it wud be worth twice as much as my car, how wrong is that lol
